Accepting New Patients
Dr. Rajvardhan Bhanwar is a Consultant Psychiatrist with over 7 years of clinical experience in hospitals and outpatient clinics.
He completed his MBBS at AIIMS Bhopal and his MD in Psychiatry at AIIMS New Delhi. During his residency, he completed clinical training in Addiction Psychiatry at the National Drug Dependence Treatment Centre (NDDTC), AIIMS.
In his clinic, Dr. Bhanwar combines diagnostic evaluations with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. He uses medication when biological stabilization is necessary, and relies on therapy and lifestyle adjustments when those are sufficient. The goal is steady recovery without unnecessary prescriptions.
He has treated more than 6,000 patients across central India, working with professionals, university students, and families dealing with mood disorders, anxiety, sleep issues, and complex psychiatric conditions.
Clinical Approach
“Psychiatric care works best when the diagnosis is clear and the patient understands the plan. My role is to provide medical evaluation, practical tools, and steady support.”
Dr. Rajvardhan Bhanwar
People often put off seeing a psychiatrist because they worry about lifelong medication or being judged. During the first visit, we take time to review what is happening and answer questions before deciding on any treatment.
Mental health issues rarely exist in a vacuum. Work hours, sleep routines, family stressors, and physical health all play a part. Looking at these factors together makes it easier to find an effective, lasting solution.
We assess emotional symptoms alongside sleep routines, daily stressors, and physical health history.
We combine Cognitive Behavioural Therapy with medication only when biologically necessary.
Every consultation is private, respectful, and focused on clear, practical recovery steps.
What to Expect
If you have never visited a psychiatrist before, here is what you can expect from your first appointment through recovery.
A private consultation to discuss your specific symptoms, medical history, sleep patterns, and daily stressors in detail.
Dr. Bhanwar explains the diagnosis directly in clear terms, outlining the biological, psychological, and situational factors involved.
Together, we agree on a plan. This may include therapy techniques, lifestyle adjustments, and medication only when clinically indicated.
Follow-up visits track symptom improvement, adjust therapy goals, and safely taper medication when you are ready.
